These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between edu.skst.in, including its owners, operators, affiliates, instructors, staff members, licensors, and authorized representatives (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and any visitor, student, purchaser, subscriber, or user (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) who accesses or uses our website, digital learning platform, mobile access, online courses, downloadable resources, mentorship services, or related products (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform may provide educational courses, recorded classes, live sessions, downloadable files, source code, templates, certifications, consulting, mentorship, software tools, community access, and related digital products. We reserve the right to add, remove, suspend, or modify any service at any time.
Refunds, if offered, shall be governed strictly by the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases involving course consumption abuse, excessive access, downloaded material misuse, chargeback fraud, policy breach, or suspicious activity.

Upon valid purchase, You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only. No ownership rights in any content are transferred to You.

Course access described as lifetime, long-term, premium, or extended access shall mean access for a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any certificate, completion badge, testimonial, ranking, or achievement indication reflects completion criteria only and does not guarantee employment, internship, promotion, business income, exam success, or specific results.
Courses may reference third-party software, APIs, websites, marketplaces, plugins, hosting providers, or tools. We do not control such third parties and are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, or data practices.
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network failures, cyber incidents, force majeure, or provider outages.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, terminate, or investigate any account where we reasonably suspect fraud, piracy, abuse, harassment, unlawful conduct, repeated payment disputes, or violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, data loss, business interruption, reputation loss, missed opportunities, or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, staff, affiliates, instructors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from Your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction as determined by the Company’s principal operating location.
